There’s no doubt that gig is the future of work and how people want to work. How do you embark on the journey of Gig and Open Talent and more importantly, how do you do it right? CX is a people business, when costs are negotiated, people’s livelihoods are affected. We need to be thinking about fair pay, benefit structures, diversity and inclusion, wellness of gig workers, as well as how we can develop the talent on a platform and upskill freelancers, keeping them motivated to work.
