The GSA is delighted to invite you to the industry-first launch of a standard framework agreement for professional services, which will made freely available for the technology & business services industry to use. This framework agreement has been negotiated by the top legal minds in the UK, representing the views of both the buyer and the provider to come to a balanced view contract.

Join this revolutionary global movement towards standardisation as the world emerges from the pandemic in a more collaborative and socially responsible spirit.

The GSA Standard Terms have been developed to address a number of significant issues and deliver numerous benefits. The benefits include:

• reduced time on negotiation,
• reduced fees in contracting,
• quicker time to commence projects,
• levelling the playing field for smaller diverse suppliers,
• a security for all companies, especially smaller suppliers to feel confident that they are working to a fair contract,
• enable both parties to focus their resources to negotiate on aspects that are critically important to them.

We’re calling for representatives from across the sourcing ecosystem to join this launch event and continue to work on finessing both these, and future GSA Standard Terms.
